Founder

Clare Searle established Accord with the vision of offering a supportive yet challenging extra pair of hands to organisations facing big questions, growth opportunities or performance challenges.

Specialising in blending good design with effective leadership, Clare is a highly experienced and flexible business mentor. Clients are challenged to get to the heart of what matters and, more importantly, supported to deliver the change they require.

Clare holds Masters Level qualifications in both Professional Consulting and in Policy, Management & Government, as well as a degree in Economics & Social History.

She is a qualified and experienced NLP practitioner and accredited DISC profiler.

Clare is certified in a range of project management disciplines including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Practitioner. She has completed her associate certification through IEMA and completed NetZero studies with the University of Cambridge.

As well as running Accord Services, Clare works pro bono as Chief Strategy Officer for an Environmental Not-For-Profit and as a business advisor for Women and BAME-owned business start-ups.
